One of the most rewarding things for AIU Online staff members
is to hear that the efforts they put forth are resulting in
positive experiences for our students.

April: I decided to continue my education when my husband, a stay-at-home Dad, decided to go back to school. His decision made me start thinking about how nice it would also be for me to further my education. Since I still needed to work and support my family, online learning was the best option for me. I requested information from several online colleges and after receiving information from AIU Online, I knew I needed to learn more about them.
I contacted the Admissions Department and talked to Tiffany Belmonte who was very informative and helped me a great deal! I thank Tiffany for everything she has done because I believe that if it was not for her help, I would not be attending AIU Online.
After getting accepted to AIU Online, my life changed because I knew that I was working towards my goal of earning my degree. It really helped having the support of my family and also knowing that the AIU Online staff was behind me. Learning at AIU Online is very convenient for me since I work two jobs and am taking care of my family. This does not leave me much free time, so the flexible class schedule is a perfect fit. I also enjoy the added conveniences, like the 24 hour technical support department that I can contact if I am in need of assistance.
I have really enjoyed my classes. The professors are positive and extremely helpful. I have learned so much since I began earning my degree at AIU Online. The professors make learning fun and I really enjoy participating in my classes!
I am so glad that I made the decision to attend and would not change a thing if I had the chance! Without the support of everyone here at AIU Online, I would not have gotten as far as I have. AIU Online has given me the courage to follow my dreams, and I'm taking the next step in my career and becoming a manager of my company. Thanks again to everyone who has believed in me and helped me get this far!
Ron: After I graduated from high school, I joined the Navy. When I was discharged, I needed to put my dream of earning my degree on hold because of a family crisis. I then married, had children, and needed to work to support my family. At this point, I had put my dream of earning a degree on hold.
Now that my children are older, it is time for me to fulfill my dream, and obtain the degree I started long ago. I want to be an inspiration to them to not give up and to follow whatever dreams they have. I confess that I am nervous and have a little anxiety about beginning again, yet I am very excited.
I recently started my classes and my sense of excitement and anticipation is even greater than before! I am really enjoying the live chat sessions with my professors and peers and I just finished my first group project. My classes are great and I feel that I have made the right decision about attending AIU Online! My motto is, "I will not quit until I'm done."
