AIU has established a 5% Grant in the name of its Education Partner, CAEL TAMS, in order to assist eligible students and their immediate families* with the opportunity to attend a degree program of study at AIU. To be eligible for the Education Partner Grant and waived application fee, a candidate must be accepted for admission and allow verification of employment/membership (or for family member, the relationship to the employee/member) and complete the Education Partner Attestation form.

University grants or scholarships are based on established criteria as published in the University’s catalog and are awarded after verification that the conditions of eligibility have been met.
Candidates accepted for admission to the University should contact the AIU Dunwoody Financial Aid Department for additional information regarding the Education Partner Grant.

*Immediate family members: Spouse (life partner) or dependent children only. Siblings, cousins, etc. are not considered an immediate family member.

AIU has established a 15% Freedom Grant for active and inactive, retired and honorably discharged reserve and military personnel, civilian military personnel, and their immediate families* with the opportunity to attend a degree program of study at AIU. To be eligible for the Freedom Grant and waived application fee, a candidate must be accepted for enrollment and allow for verification of their military/civilian military employee status (or for family members, the relationship to the enrolled student) and sign the Freedom Grant Attestation form.

The grant is non-transferable and non-substitutable and cannot be combined with the Education Partner Grant. Interested candidates should contact the AIU Financial Aid Department for further information.
